The Wonder of His Ways! PDF Print E-mail

The words were tumbling around in my head and growing with conviction in my spirit: "I am going to raise the level of authority in the mouth of My church". Those words became the basis of the messages I would carry to the church in Oshawa, ON, where I was invited to share in their conference on prayer. The Spirit clearly directed me to the book and life of Daniel as the basis for those three messages. Little did I know how that word would reverberate in an unusual way!

Sitting there in that Sunday morning service was a most delightful and prophetic friend. Although our opportunity to connect had been limited I certainly appreciated the previous interaction we had had! Little did I know that her current assignment as an artist was to present on canvas the life and message of the prophets. Yes! Before her was her selected subject, Daniel!

As the message unfolded, so did the image in the eye of this skilled servant of the Lord! Shaped by that message, Patty Bowman Kingsley returned to her sketch book. She captured with detail many "moments" of the life and message of Daniel... and included in the canvas as well was the "window"--a focal point of the morning message (See Hear the Sound on the website under the date: November 01.1010!)

I will never lose the wonder of how the Lord works! Of that morning Patty writes:

"I had completed a sketch of Daniel in my journal, but felt no release to paint the image until I had studied and been released in the word. I had been since 4 am the day you arrived, studying the book of Daniel. I came to church quite excited and tired, but knowing I had started the journey to apprehend what I had be apprehended for – and you stand up and say – 'Turn to Daniel 1'. I will never forget those words, as it was a 'turning' for me."

I had heard a word! The Spirit made it a message. The prophetic ear of Patty received the image and now the canvas contains a declaration! For information on obtaining your copy of this painting see 180art.com.
